He was Popsaroo's find at a yard sale on Saturday. He told the ladies he would buy Bill for the $1 they were asking if they could sing the song.Everyone has fond memories of Bill. The ladies were able to get a few lines out with melody and so Popsaroo brought Bill home for $1.
