High Tea

Mums has been on a mission to throw a High Tea. She has been looking high and low for teacups and teapots, and did she find some good deals! So, by forcing herself to endure flea markets and the like, she came up with enough(and then some) to throw a High Tea for the girls. She did a great job.

It was quite delightful.

Two of BubbaLou's friends came for peach tea and they had the most riveting conversation about Captain Underpants. I discovered that manners go out the window when C.U. is involved! Oh well. We had fun.

We also had cookies, cupcakes, fruit with fruit dip, and pigs in a blanket. Yum!

We also had a crafty time decorating the most adorable teapots. So springy and lovely. It was quite the lovely afternoon. Tea, goodies, and crafts, oh my!

BubbaLou created the teapot in the middle. She wrote MAGICK on it, it's enchanted. Kenzer's design is on the left with the lovely flowers. Do you see the artistic flair?She must get that from her mother. Bonanza's hopping creation is on the right with the little bunnies.How cute! Patrick Poopers would be so proud!

Then finally the large amounts of sugar were absorbed and High Tea was over for the time being...until next time when we can work on our manners.
